I wanted to put my two glucose monitors to the test, and this is how they do it at the infusion center where I work. This began when my partner was teaching me how to test my blood, and we used the other monitor first, then I tested with mine, and the results were completely different. Because the machine was the same brand, I ordered levels 1, 2, and 3. I have a few diabetic friends, so we had a Glucose Monitor Party, where I put a large drop on a glass and we all tested our machines. Except for my partners, all of the machines produced very close results. It always passed the 20-point test. 30 points higher, which had an impact on the dose injected. As a result, the money spent was well spent.
My meter accepted the solution, so that's a good start; however, I can't tell if it's accurate because I'm using a device (test strip) that isn't always reliable. A blood draw followed by a lab test would be the only way to find out how accurate the solution is. In conclusion, I suppose it's a case of 'close enough. '.
Should have bought level 2br>But you can look at the range on. If the script container tests in the level 3 range, it is calibrated.
Great price, no expiration date, and arrived promptly. It was mislabeled, but not to the point of being dangerous. This seller is one I would buy from again.
