What it's trying to say, I believe, is that it's contained within. I believe that 02 is correct. I have a more expensive meter and they both read the same, so it is well worth the money. If you buy one, make sure the top is kept dry; I made that mistake with mine and had to take it apart and dry it out before reinstalling the batteries, but it was fine after that.
My readings would be extremely low, at least 200 ppm. I cleaned it with distilled water and compressed air, and it now appears to be reading properly. However, I recently ordered a different brand, so I'll compare the two to see if they're comparable.
It will work with whatever is the cheapest. It performs admirably in practice. Despite this, I tested the box against my tap and distilled it.
I'm not sure what rodi water is, but it tests for PPM particles and is what I use for my RO system at home. When you test your filters on a regular basis, you'll be able to tell when they need to be replaced with greater accuracy. Freshwater aquariums should be fine, but saltwater aquariums are a different story. I hope this information is useful.

I got a second one, which worked for about three months before refusing to read anything over 200, regardless of how strong the mix was. This is not the time to buy a good one. br>br>All right, let's get started. 3- it was successful 4 times, the ppm was exactly where it should have been for what I was mixing up, and then my ppm's just dropped, to the point where I was mixing up stuff that was 800-ppm. 900ppm has changed to 300ppm. 400, I've made some hot batches of nutrients to see what they'd do, and Jacks 321 with cal and mag at 4g jacks in 3/4 gallon should hit 1200ppmish, if not more. 450, according to the meter. br>br> So, there you have it. I received a second meter from the seller almost immediately. and 3 employs the same technique later on. No matter how strong I make my solution, it won't read higher than 200. br>br> Customer service gets an A. This product gives me a lot of peace of mind when it comes to determining the health of my aquarium's water. TDS is made up of minerals and other particles that are too small to be filtered out of your aquarium, so even if my water appears clear, it may not be. With this meter, I test it on a regular basis, and if my TDS has risen, I know it's time to change the water. My objective is to keep my TDS level constant. Though I do weekly 25% water changes, the TDS meter is a double-sided meter. Because I can't judge my water by its appearance, please run a check system for me. Because it is so convenient, I can take a TDS reading daily in addition to my standard weekly water tests for PH, Ammonia, Nitrite, and Nitrates. To get an instant reading, simply dip the meter into the water. There's no need to fill a vial, mix it with the testing solution, and then wait 5 minutes for the results. The meter is also simple to read, with a "hold" button that saves the reading result if you prefer to read it after removing it from the water. If it is withdrawn, it will immediately return to zero. This is a fantastic product to include in your aquarium care routine.
My kitchen tap has a PPM of 265 and the same water has been filtered by RO and the final filter has a PPM of 33. Then I use the Zero Water filter, which consistently displays a PPM reading of zero. Exactly what I'm looking for.
Really, it's the same as all the other $20 ppm meters. But it works, in the sense that it came with good batteries and arrived quickly, which makes me happy because I gave my other ppm meter to my terrified neighbors when they began to grow. ps. I don't need a ppm meter, and neither do you; instead, buy jacks and measure salts dry; you'll thank me for making your grow easier.
We use this tester on a daily basis because it measures TDS (total desolvable solids). It's been a huge success! The auto-shutoff after 10 minutes of inactivity is a fantastic feature. There is no need to be concerned about battery waste.
It performs just as well as the more expensive versions. The hold function is excellent, as is the ability to adjust the water temperature. br>AN INVESTMENT WITH STRENGTH.
This meter was a great buy because of its simplicity and accuracy. It appears to be of low quality, and I'm sure it is, but it provided accurate total dissolved solids readings in my plant food. I used it to grow marijuana. I can't say for sure because I didn't have another meter to compare it to, but I believe it was accurate. I wasn't as concerned with how neatly I stored it as I am with my more valuable meters. It cost me ten dollars. Lol.
