I'd like to write a review about the performance, but it hasn't turned on yet. The USB cable and charger head that came in the box were used to connect. There is no indication that it is charging, and all buttons are unresponsive, as well as a mute blue screen. Let's take a look at how their customer service functions. br>NOTE: THIS PAGE HAS BEEN UPDATED. Their customer service responded to my email and provided me with a replacement unit at no cost. It functions properly and appears to be an adequate device for our requirements. It's probably best to order directly from their website and request that the unit be checked before being sent. They came up with a great solution, and I'm very happy with it.
This product has been used to determine the degree of turbidity in newly produced wines. The instrument provides MTU values that are consistent and repeatable, and it does so in a straightforward and user-friendly manner. The findings allowed us to accurately predict our wine's heat stability, which was crucial information prior to bottling.
