I'd like to write a review about the performance, but it hasn't turned on yet. The USB cable and charger head that came in the box were used to connect. There is no indication that it is charging, and all buttons are unresponsive, as well as a mute blue screen. It functions properly and appears to be an adequate device for our requirements. It's probably best to order directly from their website and request that the unit be checked before being sent. They came up with a great solution, and I'm very happy with it.
