Thank you for taking the time to place an order. The meter will turn off automatically after 10 minutes if no action is taken, or you can turn it off with a short press of the power key. When you hold down the power key for a long time, the meter enters calibration mode and cannot be turned off automatically. Please read the calibration manual carefully to ensure that the calibration is completed successfully.

Is there a nist traceability certification on the standards included in the kit?

GFS Chemical Inc makes the calibration kit, and we can provide you with a copy of their calibration certificate if necessary.

Is it possible to get calibration standard solutions?

Yes, it is included.

This product appeals to us greatly. Handheld Turbidity Tester with Carrying Case is included in the Portable Turbidity Meter Kit. br>It's small and portable, but it feels solid and isn't cheap. So far, the test has proven to be accurate. It's nice to have a case, but it's not necessary because we use it so frequently.

This is an excellent backup for turbidimeters that are more expensive. We had three Hach meters fail at the same time, so this was a quick and inexpensive fix. The calibration solutions were broken during shipping, but everything else has gone well so far.
