I was looking for a 0-scale gauge. The proof level is 200. The one they sent is not the same as the one shown in the photo. It has "idiot" zones for beer, wine, and dessert wine (as the product's name implies), but nowhere near 160-degree temperatures. I needed a proof of 180.

The PROBLEM I'm having with it is that I seem to have misplaced mine, which means I'll have to buy another, which will be exactly the same.

Purchased from the same company to replace one that had broken after about a year. The glass on the bottom has been thickened from paper thin to a visible bump, making it more durable. Price is the same!! They also improved their product by including a small paper temperature conversion chart and good packaging (glass should always be considered a priority when shipping). Now I'm writing more reviews because I'm not happy with this ultra-simple, low-cost codependent, enabling relationship with Amazon!.

I'm not sure why anyone would find this difficult to use. Granted, you could file a complaint if you received the incorrect item or it was damaged.
