Very well done. Dosimeters are not hard to find in my house. Both Geiger tube-based and scintillation-based imaging methods are available. My knowledge of the market is also quite extensive. Radex has made a revolutionary device that currently has no competition. I am incredibly proud of the company for this achievement. Can I just tell you how nice this instrument is? In a sense, it This is a super sensitive instrument that can measure around 320 counts per minute at 6 uSv/h, which is 10x more sensitive than a traditional geiger tube based dosimeter. I liked the size and weight of the PC. The PC software works well. I was able to read the screen easily. The vibration mode can be set to be so quiet that it is barely audible*-*-UNIQUE It is possible to measure radiation AND determine what the gamma energy Spectrometers like this are the simplest of all. The fact that it comes in under $1,000 and has 13% spectral resolution is worth it. On the market, there are no alternatives. For the features it offers, the price is incredibly low.
In a nutshell, Below are some highlights of my favorite things I found the polymer battery to be factory charged and immediately functional. We had to wait 20 seconds to settle the measurement around radioactive materials). +Tested all of the smoke detectors and granite stairs and countertops, some foods and fertilizers that I have
***I didn't like these things
- There are only 24 hours on the time format, and the user guide could be more informative (more technical details and more news at the beginning)*. The device is not equipped with anything else but a USB port If I connect the device to my computer via USB-C cable, is it not stated that I need a 5V 1A power adapter As a whole, I enjoyed it and my mind was guided to measure everything as I thought about it.
The detector is excellent, and I can see how it will be great for A) The electronics device seems to be made of The worst-case scenario The glue on the detector failed in just three weeks of light use, and the device now rattles around in the casing, getting caught when the window is opened or closed. The replacement units may also be susceptible to this problem, so perhaps I should attempt to disassemble and reassemble Rather than having the detector secured by someone else, I'll do it myself. Finally, here is the bottom line The glue holding the detector in place quickly failed, so the device was not very reliable.
