I am bringing 23 40lb bags of salt to the event, so I will need A look at the test strips on sale in the store reveals how crude they are and how low their precision is. This meter is used by the two swimming pool stores in the nearby area. It was good enough for them and I thought it was To test the irrigation system, fill the cup with test water and throw it out, repeat this process twice more. To switch to N on the third fill, turn knob to the left, and push the all there is to Possessing a suspicious attitude. Two of the stores agreed to let me take water samples. In this case, there were no more than 50ppm differences between the results. In this unit, 50 ppm was off because it wasn't washed three times as it should have been.
In the end, I was given up and assumed Leslie's was nationwide, so I called them to learn what they use in their stores, and it is This is a product I have used every day since I bought it for years and it is still as good as new without requiring any adjustments. The only thing you need to do after every use is to rinse it with RO water.
For anyone who has a salt water pool and wants to keep track of the salt level at home, this is a great product.
Tests TDS in pool water and I had to have this item on my pool route. I find this very useful for draining pools and knowing when to drain them.
This product is fantastic. All of these things can be achieved with this product. Even though I had to spend money on it, I made money from it. Sincerely, thank you.
Since I have had one of these units for over five years, I have yet to have it adjusted or calibrated. It shocks me every time we place the calibrating fluid in it because it is always dead Since it came in the box, it has been kept in that box, however we do throw it around in the truck quite a bit. In order for the box to stay together, it was wrapped with duct tape. Furthermore, the tester was dipped in a pool by a not-so-smart employee (who is no longer an employee because of other stupid things he did), and it still works. There are other digital testers that I own, but I find that this one is the most accurate and reliable. It is neither cheap nor small, but it is the most accurate and reliable tester I have.
