The $20 outlet tester is a very useful tool that everyone should own, and it is far superior to the older style with three leds. The non- The contact tool is useful and can be purchased separately at any time. You can purchase them together or separately at the same price, so there is no cost savings with the combo. Both are beneficial.

When I received the voltage tester, it was broken

The NCVT- The 3P Voltage Tester Flashlight was delivered, but it was broken. Yes, I tested the batteries and they are fine; additionally, the GFCI Tester functions properly and is simple to use. So one item works perfectly, while the other is a complete failure.
