It may take a little getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, it is an easy to use device. If you want it to stay upright you'll need to find a way to keep it on its side because, like so many smaller items, it tends to fall over. It is used for a wide array of projects, such as measuring caps, inductors, and PWM calibration. It is very nice to be able to set a wave type, frequency, and anything else you desire and then save the settings for later use.
