Air Ion Tester Meter Counter for Negative Air Ion Generator with a Wrist Strap

Both units were set up side by side in the hallway about six feet from my A/C vent. In the attached photos, you can clearly see that the real ION counter from Alpha Labs is picking up the ions from my vent. It is my air conditioner which emits IONs to the atmosphere of my house, using a BI polar ionizer. show negative and positive IONs in the atmosphere being picked up by the ION counter as they enter the atmosphere.

The Quality Control (QC) sticker was removed and I opened it up to discover the batteries might not be operating. I was surprised not to find any batteries in the item, though it had a sticker indicating Currently, I am awaiting the arrival of two batteries in order to test the device properly. I'll update my rating and review as soon as I've received.

The information provided in the ad and instruction is incomplete. The batteries in this item look dead or they're missing to me, just like everyone else who wrote a review. Battery installation is not included because the product does not ship with them. This electronic device requires two LR44 batteries, and without them, it is just a paperweight. I have no idea if this is mentioned in the instructions since they are completely in Chinese. There should be a product description that says "with wrist strap" as opposed to "with necklace. " The wrist strap can be used to eliminate static from the body. Ensure it is connected to a grounded electrical system. The one I have is attached to a computer chassis that is plugged in.

the last thing is to actuate it and put your thumb on the metal pad opposite the display without touching the metal plate on the back side.
where all of the above happened, I was sure that the reading was consistent.

This was a 50 dollar price tag for something simple and small, but more importantly, it didn't In a nutshell, There was a lot of disappointment in me. The price was 50 bucks and they didn't include the batteries, and the product did not work. I was very pleased to get to use it, but it did not work as expected.
