It is a good product in and of itself. Since I started using Amprobe instruments more than two decades ago, I have been satisfied with them most of the time. The instruments are good and the value is good. Although the manual that comes with the tester is horrible, the tester is otherwise great. A number of errors are apparent in the document, as well as references to sections that DON'T exist. I contacted customer service about 3 weeks ago and finally received The person you are talking to is Mark with Fluke/Ampprobe. have received your message regarding an Amprobe product however, to be of best service, I suggest you contact our technical A customer service representative who simply tells me to contact someone else is more frustrating than when someone from "service" does nothing but tell me I need The response took 3 weeks, but it was worth it. What is the point of responding If you haven't done anything other than acknowledge that I contacted you, why do you continue to acknowledge my inquiry? If I were to put in a teeny weeny bit of effort, why not ask someone who is able to answer my question? There was no way I was going to wait three weeks It was my own work that resulted in the information. I doubt I would have bothered complaining if I hadn't been given the silly response above.
