This angle gauge has a 0.01 degree accuracy. The resolution is 0 degrees and the angle is 2 degrees. 1°. The measurement range is 0 to 360 degrees (4*90 degrees). Only DEGREE is used as a display unit. It is pre-calibrated in the factory and is useful in industries such as woodworking, construction, machinery, telecommunications, and automobiles.
1Confirming the true level 2Measuring the angle of two surfaces.
The Digital Angle Gauge features a large LCD display with backlight that requires only one battery to provide accurate, quick, and clear measurements, even in low-light conditions. If the digital angle gauge is used incorrectly (e.g., in the wrong direction), the angle will be incorrect. If the tilt is greater than 30 degrees diagonally, the display will indicate ERROR to ensure that the measurement is accurate.
You don't need a screwdriver to install the battery. The digital angle gauge can run for up to 50 hours on a single AAA battery. *After 5 minutes, the light will turn off automatically.

Questions & Answers

What exactly does it mean to "always remember the zero point"? Can I turn it off and not have to re-set it if it's set and zeroed? zero it?

That means the device is at absolute zero every time you turn it on. When measuring relative angle, you can set the zero point according to your needs. When you turn it off and on again, the zero returns to its original position. As a result, you could disable it for whichever angle you prefer.

What's the best way for me to reset this level?

The device has already been pre-programmed. calibrated at the manufacturing facility If it's been dropped, it should only be re-calibrated. br>Instructions for recalibration can be found in the manual. (1)Place the device on a flat and smooth surface, simultaneously press the "ON/OFF" and "ZERO" buttons, the calibration mode is activated, and "-" is displayed. " will appear on the screen. (2)Press the "ON/OFF" button once more, then "- " will appear for a brief moment. Do not move until "-" appears on the screen. " is displayed. (3)In the same location, rotate it 180 degrees and press the "ON/OFF" button, "- " will appear for a brief moment. Do not move until the calibration is complete on the device. (4) The calibration procedure has been completed. The device displays the angle formed by the calibration plane and the horizontal plane.

Is there a light on the back?

Yes. It comes with a backlight.

Is there a magnet on each of the four sides of this item?

The bottom is the only part that has magnets.

For the price, it's not bad, and it usually repeats to 0

Although the angle is one degree, the side is zero degrees. 2 squares are off. The power is always turned on in absolute mode (digital level). When you press the ZERO button, it transforms into a relative angle gauge. I tested this using the reversal test on a surface plate, 123 blocks on some machine tool beds, and a homemade angle table over a range of 0 to 2. 5 degrees is the temperature. In most cases, the reading from the base is self-explanatory. consistent and repeatable to a tenth of a percent It reads 89 degrees when turned on the left and right edges, but it reads 1 degrees when turned on the left and right edges. There are 9 one-way flights and 89 round-trip flights available. Instead of 90, you'll get 8 on the other hand. 0 and then reversing the direction of the base. It reads 89 when you turn a 123 block through a precise 90-degree angle. The temperature is currently 9 degrees. Once you've reached the age of 90. When the temperature reaches 0 degrees, the display's digits turn upside down, and the countdown begins again, ending with 0. 0 (+/- 1) When everything is exactly backwards. When leveling near zero, it occasionally bounces back and forth between 0 and 1. 1 and - 1 (missing a zero). 0) despite slow and minute angle changes, but then 0. a minute later The number 0 is visible. Before measuring, it might need to sit upright on the base for a minute or more (not flat on its back). The base is the only magnetized edge. On thick steel surfaces, it has a firm grip. It isn't as strong as steel, but it can support its weight on a thin piece of vertical sheetmetal, such as the edge of my range hood, even if that surface doesn't cover the entire width of the base (see photo). One AAA battery is included in the package. After 30 seconds of no movement, the backlight turns off, but the digits on the LCD display remain visible. The backlight is turned on again by simply moving it. After 5 minutes of inactivity, it shuts down completely.

Protractor with a nice angle
5/5

This angle gage was easy to use and did exactly what it said it would do when I needed to adjust my table saw blade to make some miter cuts. I'll also use it to see how accurate my miter saw is. The backlight is extremely bright and makes reading a breeze.

A good product that is let down by a poor execution

magnet with a power source The GemRed 82418 Digital level is being reviewed for the first time. br>br>After seeing "Bad Obsession Motorsport's" videos of "Project Binky" on YouTube, I decided I wanted a digital level. I decided against going with the cheapest option available and instead chose this one based on the quality of the reviews and the IP67 water and dust resistance rating. After only a week, my first impressions are extremely positive - It has outperformed my expectations, especially in terms of construction quality. A plain white shipping box with black and red lettering and an engineering-style picture of the level opens to reveal a plastic-coated level. and-cardboard-insert-type package that opens without the use of a knife (much better than the sealed-box-insert-type package). within- inch- its- a better way of life!)br>br>The package includes the essentials - The level (in bubblewrap), a simple nylon storage case/sleeve, an instruction sheet (mine was stuffed into the nylon sleeve), and three cheapo AAA batteries My level is silver, not blue, as shown in the image above, but it doesn't bother me. It has a nice weight to it in the hand and appears to be well-made. The rubberized end caps will protect the level if it is dropped. This is likely to happen because the magnet in the base isn't strong enough to reliably support the level's weight (more on that later). br>br>Setting up the level is as easy as unscrewing the small round cap on the end, sliding the three batteries in (using the diagram on the level to confirm orientation), and watching it power up on the screen. br>br>In contrast to the cryptically coy and semi-cryptic instructions, the instruction sheet is in decently worded English. With a lot of stuff made in China (as this is), you're going to get incomprehensible versions. It walks you through the basic functions, major features, how to use them, and how to calibrate the level if necessary. While there are a few spelling errors and a few missing words, it is perfectly adequate and covers all of the basic functions (that I can see) on one page. Despite the fact that the rubberized end caps are described as "anti-static" on the cardboard insert, falling". br>br>And now for the vexing magnet. Why would you include something like this in the device unless it allowed you to attach the level to a magnetic surface and then release it? I believe the issue stems from the magnet being housed inside the (aluminum? As a result, it is unable to adhere to the surface in question directly. When I apply the level to the side of the window next to my desk, with it pointing vertically up and down, it makes a quiet clink as it weakly attaches itself to the frame, but it will slide down the frame until it catches on an imperfection in the paint (possibly) and holds itself ready to fall when you aren't looking. Try sticking it to the underside of a metal pipe; it may or may not hang there, presumably until you turn away and it falls to the ground at the most inconvenient time. Remember that this is water and dustproof, but not impact resistant (although those "anti-impact" bumper stickers may help). Rubberized end caps with a "falling" effect will help a little). br>br>I haven't put the waterproofing to the test yet - The IP67 certification guarantees that the level will last up to 30 minutes in still (non-running) water at a depth of less than one meter. I'm thinking about it - If it doesn't work, I'll return it and look for another with a stronger magnet. If it survives, I'll probably keep it and look for a better one when I really need one. br>br>Overall, I believe this product is appealing to me - Mostly because of the perceived build quality in my hands, and I'll update this review if I find any reason to change my mind.

User-friendly, space-saving, and long-lasting
4/5

The accuracy of the levels is crucial. While I appreciate the zero, I don't think it's a good idea to At 0 and 90 degrees, there is a 0. 05 degree accuracy; however, the accuracy at 'other' angles is zero. 2 degrees Celsius. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> This level is in perfect working order. Because it's recessed and angled, the display is easy to read from a variety of perspectives. The screen will not be scraped as easily as if it were flush with the frame, providing additional protection. Also, the light turns on/off with a push of a button and can be left on if desired. Magnets are also extremely powerful. In addition, the readings are almost instantaneously updated. It's also simple to replace the batteries. Finally, a useful protective case is included. As a result, it's very easy to use, compact, and durable. I wish the package stated that it was accurate to 0 degrees at 'other' angles. a maximum of 15 people This level will be kept, and a digital inclinometer in a similar price range will be returned. Cleaning mortar or something similar would not be easy, in my opinion.

Simple, effective, and dependable are the three words that come to mind when thinking about this product
5/5

The angle finder does a good job and isn't overly complicated. It's as good as you could hope or expect for the price. The only change I'd like to see is clearer indicators to show whether the measured angle is left or right of perfect vertical, as the triangle arrows on this unit simply point up or down, which isn't intuitive. A diagram of an acute angle opening to the left or right would be much more intuitive; it is sensitive to being tilted backwards (roughly 10 to 15 degrees backwards is enough to cause an error), but it at least displays 'Error' until it is properly oriented, rather than giving an incorrect reading. I've had it for about 5 months and only use it once or twice a month for about an hour. Despite the fact that mine hasn't died on its own and does not rapidly drain the battery when not in use, this is enough to determine that it hasn't died on its own. br>br>It's affordable and does the job well. If you're reading this, that's most likely the criteria you're looking for. I'd get another one of these if I needed a second inclinometer.
