It does come with certification, but only if you buy it from the "Full-" version By using FedEx international priority, we will be able to send you the test block and certification along with the fill by Merchant form. The block is designed to be used in calibration with UTs. This product was very basic, arrived heavily oiled in a plastic bag, and came with a certificate of compliance. The hand measurement has not been done, but I will do it. The match to other UT blocks in this area appears to be fairly close, so it should be accurate. I have neither a case nor a storage unit.

The prices appear to be reasonable and the results seem to be accurate. All values are less than a thou of error when checked with a calibrated caliper.
for an additional few bucks, I would have loved a small case for it to stay.
