Are these compatible with a 3" grid?
Grid panels with 3"x 3" squares can be fitted with Econoco's deluxe wire hooks.
Is it possible to place a shelf (board) on top of this for light-weight items?
There's no reason why you couldn't put a board across two or more hooks, but for added stability, we recommend using shelf brackets or 12 or 14" faceouts.
