The blade on the dremel is highly effective in cutting, however expect to lose some material as it burns off during use. A disc for sanding
Using the right heat and patience and working with the plastic angles, the material molds and moves just about as you want it to. While I am unsure how you would do it without seeing your issue, if you are relining it with a different material I think it would be possible

For doing just the bare minimum of what one would expect from ABS, these sheets of 1/16" ABS score two stars -- When bent under heat, the object will keep its shape. I was able to make covers for my trash can and recycling bin. It is likely that I would not have been successful at using these sheets if they had not been hidden in a cupboard because half of the ones I received had oil canning (or whatever the proper plastic term is) on them. This might be a good option if these are the cheapest ABS sheets you can find that meet your dimensional requirements and you don't give a damn about the appearance of the product you intend to make. Keep looking if you do not want to do that.
To protect it, a tear off film is applied to the smooth side. Flexibility and ease of use are its strong points. It's what I used to patch up a hole I cut in some auto trim and I will probably use it in some small tire spats, too.
As expected, it was exactly what I was expecting. For our robotics team, we will use the money to purchase robotics parts. Locally we are able to locate a similar product in grey for much less money, but we would rather have it in black for the The question is a bit strange There was a lot of soap on ours, it was sealed, but it did not dry well. Does anyone else have a question? The inside of the package was filled with the substance.
I find it to be excellent for base.
Thermoforming is one of the things I bought it for, but I also use it for other things. Before it began to bend, it was burning.
The sheets are nice.

On the textured side, the surface has a very nice texture, whereas the matte side has a kind of gloss finish, however it isn't While I don't think the matte side looks all that great, I would most likely use the textured side in general. If blue-colored water is present, remove it immediately The surface of the ash film was smooth When I saw it, I didn't realize it had a film on it, and wondered why it was scratched so much. )
The thickness is fine for most uses, but note that it is not rigid enough to hold a substantial weight on its own if it is It does not take much effort to cut these with a sharp knife and power tools will also work. A couple of small electronic displays were mounted to it so I could use it as a mounting surface for my solar charge controller. A total price of $20 for about six panels, this is a great deal. You can use more than one or two as long as there is a need for more.
