There seems to be no padding in the shipping box at all, and the Plexi is of good quality and crystal clear. Before I had even opened the box, the box was in pieces. Thanks to my cutting it down and cutting out the damaged corner, I don't have to deal with it. Moreover, the panel is 23 7/8 inches wide and not 24 inches long.

Several of the sheets of plexiglass I received are actually 11-inch sheets 8 7/8" to 11 7/8" As several reviews have indicated, the album is 15/16". I doubt it is 12 inches by 12 inches. It is not 12" x 12". It is eleven and a half inches by eleven and a half inches. However, if someone else needs 12" x 12", this will be too small. Thankfully, I didn't need exactly 12" x 12". I believe that the manufacturer is cutting these pieces from a large sheet and cutting them on the line at 12" x 12" so that he is losing 1/8" of material in the process.

The intention was to cover an old Singer sewing machine base with a table top. It was to be used for a serving table, there were friends coming. It was splintered and had a broken corner. I know I can have the corners rounded, but it's an extra step and costs extra money There are expenses. My hope is that it will work. This product doesn't deserve my recommendation.

I love the sheets so much, they are very well made, and they are easy to cut! One corner of the piece had a small chip, but what the heck, it didn't seem to bother me. You've got some great stuff there! I copied the Katz Dovetail Jig in these photos!.

Out of old engine parts, I built a custom table. The top I needed for it is here. It would have been harder and cost more to get it done myself with epoxy. I considered casting my own with glass or ceramic. With my router and a straight cut plunge bit, I made the cut with the plunge Every time I pass over the material, I am cutting off about an eighth of an inch. Since it was not cut straight and it was not 24"x24" as other reviewers have said, I gave it 4 stars. All of that didn't matter to me in this scenario, but if I had needed it to be square, I would have been upset.

It is strong, clear, and good. As a router guide, this is perfect. It's strong, easy to work with as long as your bits aren't too fast (I used a drill press) and clear so you can see your work clearly. This product is the perfect price for a single purchase Like this kind of job it's best to stay off. This is not a very practical solution if you want something bigger. In that case, you simply buy a sheet that is the correct size, and cut it.
