Excellent for rocking shoes

plates. I didn't want to spend $100 on a pair of trail running shoes that needed carbon fiber inserts. Instead, I decided to experiment with some Kydex, and I'm glad I did. On the Kydex sheet, I traced around the removable insole. Tin snips will be used to cut the sheet. After that, I used 220 grit sandpaper to finish the edges. Boom! On the cheap, you can get a lot better rock protection.
