If you're wondering if this is plastic like PVC pipes, the answer is no. It's a hard foam solid board that can be used for a variety of purposes. The 1/8" is a little flimsy, but the 1/4" is extremely durable.

These thermoplastic sheets can be used for a variety of crafts and projects. When heated, it softens, but when cooled, it hardens. It can be bent and even stretched into molds despite its softness. To avoid decomposition, the material must be processed at the correct melt temperature. When finishing the surface, use a heat gun to blast short bursts of hot air to remove scratches and minor dents.
I haven't tried using expanded PVC for this project because I don't believe it is the best option. Furniture pads, also known as glides, are one of the most common ways to protect your deck from scratches caused by furniture. I hope you find this information useful.

Despite its high quality, this one requires careful reading. The description says one pack, but the photos show three, and the top right corner even has the number three. BUT, instead of a pack of three boards, you only get one, which means I didn't have enough for my project and am extremely dissatisfied. It's possible that the vendor will want to re-list the property. Consider what they say.
On my jetski, I used it as a backing plate for new electronics. It was very easy to cut and drill, and it worked very well. It's very light weight, and it's been able to withstand the elements and constant salt water contact thus far. It's all good.
- The package arrived promptly and in excellent condition
- It's simple to use - slash and screw What I regret (! )br>br>
- I didn't bother to look into whether PVC was safe to have around children (I just googled it). No, it does not appear to be the case. And having my children assist me with the project makes me feel terrible. br>br> Because my dissatisfaction isn't with the seller or the advertised item, I gave it four stars. It was up to me to conduct the necessary research.
I like the idea of the product being 1" thick so I can apply glue to one side, then mount the photo and roll it out evenly with a small rubber roller. I bought three sizes that corresponded to standard photo sizes. On a 5x7 size, I glued a 5x7 photo to the entire surface, leaving no frame visible. There is no ugly frame around the photo, which creates a stunning effect. At night, the 1" thickness creates a pleasant 3D effect. Because both sides have a small texture, I lightly sanded one side smooth to ensure that the texture did not show up in the photo. Please give them a shot. I was unable to locate a frame similar to this. In order for the picture to fit flush against the wall, I drilled a small hole in the back at an angle to hang it on a small nail. NICE. Everyone wants their photos taken by me. I'll see if they can give me a discount if I order in bulk. Bob.
Although the material was softer than I had anticipated, I was able to cut it without breaking it, and the mounting screws appeared to hold up well. I wouldn't use the sheets for anything that required a lot of strength or for projects that required a lot of outside work. It should be fine if you use it to cover an internal item that is only removed infrequently.
It could be used for a variety of purposes in either case. I 3D print a lot, and if I needed some parts, I'd cut them out of this material instead of 3D printing them.
It worked well with black oxide or spade drill bits as long as you went slowly. It's sturdy enough to withstand that kind of use. Good quality, difficult to cut, but a cutting board can be used.
This is a fairly soft material to begin with, so don't expect it to withstand scratches and scuffs, but it works perfectly for the purpose of creating a custom plate for a computer system to use as a separator of two chambers. I just wish I could bend it cleanly at a 90-degree angle.
