A heat gun, a straight edge, and some clamps make it easy to bend. I'm glad I got the 48" sheet because I messed up my first attempt and didn't have enough ABS to make a replacement.
This was used to line the backs of my car's back seats. The backs of the pesetas were damaged when I folded the seats down to load items from the hardware store; this protects the seat backs. It could possibly help with noise reduction, but it was perfect for what I needed. To attach to the carpet, I used velscro hook strips with adhesive and scored, broke, trimmed, and shaved them. such as the back of the seat Exceptionally safe.
I bought this product to use as a work bench top over 3/4" plywood, with the textured side up. ABS is a good choice for this application because it is strong and impact resistant. I attached it with 3M spray adhesive, which works well and eliminates the need for screws. Arrived on time and in perfect condition. It was used to make MOLLE panels for my truck's bed, which were primarily used to hold towing equipment. Cargo straps, as well as recovery gear Although not as rigid as metal, it serves my purposes well. The textured surface is a perfect match for the factory spray-in bed liner.
I wanted to make a side table out of this wire shelf, so I covered it with plastic. shelf in the center a half-rounded file to round the corners and enough plastic to cover the bottom shelf if necessary whenever I require it. So, for a 24 X 48 X 1/8 piece of ABS Plastic, this purchase was a great deal.
Using a T-blade, an acto blade is used. The brakes were square and very clean. It's extremely rigid, and I was able to panel my server rack with it.
For the Polaris Ranger, I made mud flaps.
It's big, it's tough, and it has a smooth side and a rough side. At large sizes and 1/8 thickness, this thing flexes and flaps a lot. It is clearly stated that it is rigid and stiff in the description, which it is not. FOR WHAT I WANTED TO DO WITH IT, IT WAS A TOTAL FAIL.
