I haven't yet put them in place

They are going to be. I haven't yet put them in place. They'll hold and hide some LED strip lights for an observatory. To fit the dome's curve, I'll have to bend them. I've bent them and will install them in the spring. They're a little more stiff than I expected. As a result, it's taking longer than I anticipated to bend them.

Not at all what I had hoped for

Extremely rigid and brittle. I didn't expect it to be as wide as it was. I threw it out and chalked it up to a learning experience. Aside from that - In transit, UPS obliterated a third of it. It is not effective because of the way it is packaged and shipped.
