Zinc is a bluish-white metal with a silvery sheen. A 7.5% density. With a melting point of 419, it has a density of 14 grams per cubic centimeter. 5 ¡ãC. At room temperature, they are brittle; at temperatures between 100 and 150 degrees Celsius, they soften; at temperatures above 200 degrees Celsius, they become brittle.
Zinc has active chemical properties, forming a thin and dense basic zinc carbonate film on the surface to prevent further oxidation in the air at room temperature. Zinc oxidation is intense when the temperature reaches 225°C. A blue-green flame is produced when it burns.
It can be used on instrument parts, instrument shells, and coins, among other things. Zinc, like other metals, does not cause sparks, making it suitable for use in underground explosion-proof equipment. It's used in a variety of industries, including rubber, paint, enamel, medicine, printing, and fiber.

I haven't weighed, to be honest. However, it is not excessively heavy, weighing approximately 10 sheets of print paper. Thanks.
