A wax cutter is what I bought it for. There was too much substance in it. It might have worked if it had been heated. Recently, I've discovered a new way to do this. It was a good attempt, but I would use a thinner wire, like the size of a cheese cutter if I were to try again.
There is a lot of strength and stiffness to this wire. The material is very strong, but I can't recommend it. A pair of pliers can be used to bend it.

It takes some time to set up the box. Review of the initial proposal Wire of good quality appears to be used. Remove the twistties from the box. It is true that after all this setup, the coils come out of the top as described, but I just wanted others to see it, knowing the box requires some attention to properly set up.

The contacts in electrical connectors that have to be removed from mil are something I deal with often. If I am working on a housing that someone else assembled incorrectly, I don't always have the right tools or the appropriate knowledge to salvage the housing. Certainly I only needed a foot or two, but I got somewhere between 450 and 500 feet for $6. I'm talking about Precision Brand Music Cable, the 0 gauge. The diameter of the disk is 0. 29". This brand is a must-buy for me in the future.

It fit perfectly, looked great, and performed exactly as described. Shipping was fast and the products were well packaged in a cardboard box with shrink As needed, it can be unspooled. This part was used to fabricate a spring for a thermal stripper handle that failed. This is a great value at the listed price. A 5 star rating is deserved.
The initial purpose of this purchase was to make my own springs, but I didn't finalize it. I am impressed by the strength of this stuff. If it is used for its intended purpose, I can imagine it will work well.
