Bags of lead are good Packaging that stands up to the test

The weights for the rifle stand are excellent I was very pleased with how well it was packed and how tight it was. I did not find rips or tears on the bag, and it is durable and can withstand There were 24 bags in a single shipment. One is 9 lbs, the other is 25 lbs. My set was definitely 50 lbs even, so I did not lift a pound. In reality, over here I don't do anything with lead (for the casting of bullets). I just put them in the Caldwell Carrier bags for use with my Caldwell DFT rifle stand. It was difficult to get them into the carrier bag, but with a little manipulation, it fit, zips, and closes just fine.

I found it to be just needed some cheap reclaimed shot to make Caldwell Lead sled bags, and reclaimed lead was a good option even though it was a little pricey

It came in two 25 lb bags, packed in a strong sack with wire that was secured with tape. At this point, I just slipped the entire thing into one of the caldwell bags I bought and zipped it up, which now double-bags the lead.

I filled the tubing with lead shot to add weight to my lead sled shooting rest. All kinds of projects where you need extra weight can be accomplished by using these. I have mixed these with epoxy and graphite to make weights for various projects and has worked well.

The packaging is very good and the bags are strong

The dual box was very heavy, yet very small and very strong with extra cardboard in between, exceeding my expectations. I dropped one of the lead shot bags from 4 feet on a concrete floor and it didn't fall apart. It's very strong. * and Andrew.

I couldn't have asked for more for my lead sled

After less than a week, the two bags of reclaimed lead arrived and I have already put them to use on my bench rest for There is no damage to the bags after being dropped off a bench and they are made of reinforced nylon, tying off with heavy wire. I dropped one off the bench and it didn't break.
