When balancing a plane, it is just used as a balance.
The shotgun I used had a muzzle loader, and I decided I would pick it up after it proved to be reliable. That it's copper plated and that the bag it comes in is resealable with a drawstring is appealing to me. Though I understand why it is so expensive, it is a shame that it is so pricey. Although I've only done a bit of target practice, I find the product to be impressive.
It hasn't yet been time to use the shot, but I'm planning to test the load in my flintlock fowler in the near future.
