In both sizes, what is the outside diameter?

I'm not sure what you want to know - The outer diameter is 1/16". It is 1 in metric. 57mm. I'm guessing the other one is the same (the outer diameter is 3/32"), but I don't have it in front of me to measure. br>(Edited to add/change response to other listing.)

I'd like to make wind chimes out of them. Is this made of metal?

No, they're brass and only a few millimeters in diameter. To make wind chimes, I believe you'd need larger sizes.

They arrived from various locations on various days. Both were sent in paper envelopes that were bent and crimped to the point of being useless. a complete waste of time They were thrown away. Pick them up at Hobby Lobby. They're less expensive and don't get thrown away.
