Questions & Answers
None. You can make your own if you want to. In a slide mitre saw, I employ an aluminum blade. Before cutting, put the diffuser in place. Painter's tape is what I always use to wrap the cut, but it's not necessary. You might be able to make some pre-made pre-made pre-made pre-made pre fab corners with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) as described, but it's easier to make them at the required lengths. With a razor saw or a hack saw, you can achieve the same results, but it will take a lot of time and effort.

Hi there. The U1SW BW 2M in 5pcs is currently unavailable. We only have 10 pieces available, but they are currently out of stock. You can get 10 U1SW BW 1M or 2 U1SW BW 1M for the same price. Thank you very much.
Hi there. This one has a few blemishes on it. It's just a normal channel with some covers on it. To find the spotless channel, look for Muzata U108 on Muzata.
Selected User Reviews For Muzata 10Pack 3.3FT/1M Sliver LED Channel with Milky White Cover,16mm x 12mm, Strip Light Diffuser for Waterproof Strip Light-Philips Hue Plus U103 1M WW,LU2 LP1 LN1 LW1
Since the year 2000, when I first went online, I've made it a point to never write a review and to keep my opinions to myself. That's all I have to say about that. "Spotless" is how Muzatta describes their product. I placed the Hue strip lights inside the channel, covered it, and the spots came out louder than ever. This product completely fails to live up to its claim of properly diffusing light from a Philips Hue LED Lightstrip or similar device. It claims to produce a'spotless' result, which is complete nonsense. It only emits sporadic light and is nearly as effective as using nothing at all. The clear plastic, which is supposed to diffuse light for a blended clean lighting effect, does not work at all. br>br>I should have tested this and put less trust in it before anchoring the metal housing to the underside of my cabinetry. Now I have to find a substitute or come up with a creative solution. Because the light is not sufficiently diffused, spotty light marks continue to appear. It's made worse by a backsplash made of reflective aluminum or polished granite.
The base and cover are both consistent and appear to be of high quality. The base appears to have a sheen of machine oil on it, which could compromise the adhesive, so make sure you clean the track thoroughly with isopropanol before sticking down your LED strips. br>br>However, the best thing about this product is that it has a consistent and usable part numbering scheme that allows you to search for and find the exact variant you're looking for, despite Amazon's terrible, useless product search. There may be less expensive alternatives, but I'm returning here because I know exactly what I'll get.
5/5 stars because it can be easily modified to mount beautifully, but if you want to use the included clips, continue reading. The Pros: br>br>The Pros: br>br>The Pros: br>b Sturdy rail channel, black frosted plastic lens/face looks great in front of LED strips, end caps are well-fitting, and it looks great once put together. This, on the other hand, appears to be lovely! I'm thinking about getting a few more. The disadvantages: br>br> The clips that come with it are far too loose and large for the channels. (I'm willing to believe they sent the incorrect clips, but given how it's packaged, I'm not sure. ) Despite the fact that the channels would slide freely to either side in the clips if mounted perfectly flat horizontally with no virbation or movement, because there are no grip, pinch, or grab points for them to lock into, the channels would still slide freely to either side in the clips. br>br>Conclusion: br>br> The provided mounting brackets can be written off as "nearly useless," which adds a dash of disappointment to the product; however, the rest (the important parts) are pure awesome! br>br>I have a suggestion for the manufacturer: Smaller brackets can be used, or grab points can be sunk into the channels to keep them from moving. Customers should be advised: br>br> Although the brackets "can" be bent, this appears to weaken them. Before sticking them up, I drilled flush sunk screw holes in the back of the channels and installed them. the strips are being taped in It's a little more difficult to take down, but I think it looks better than the clips. Alternatively, you can just stick it all together with sticky tape and not worry about it.
This is a fantastic product that works perfectly with Philips Hue light strips, but it didn't diffuse the LED lights well enough for us. Although it softened and reduced the size of the dots, they remained too visible on our black granite worktop.
I received these after returning two other channels I had ordered due to missing parts. These arrived undamaged, with all of the necessary mounting hardware as well as end caps to complete the look. I can say that there are two things about which I am dissatisfied.
1. Some of them are a little off-kilter and have rough edges. They weren't all of them, but there were a few.
2. I wanted them to be spotless, but they are far from it. The dots beneath the diffuser are clearly visible. So 100% I am not 100% convinced by their immaculate claims. I'm still undecided about keeping them because I'm not convinced by their claims of spotlessness, which is why I ordered this particular channel and diffuser.
In my living room, I'm about halfway done installing this product. I'm having to cut pieces to size and at 45 degree angles, so the installation is simple as long as you have the necessary equipment. For the miter saw, you'll need a metal-cutting grade saw blade. br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>4 stars for brightness The diffuser cover was supposed to diffuse the light evenly so that it didn't look spotty, but it didn't. However, because I'm going to use crown molding with AC conduit tape on the back to reflect light on the wall, this will still work. br>br>All of the pieces, screws, and brackets work great with this product. br>br>Overall, it's a great product for Phillips HUE light strips.
With the included hardware, installation was a breeze, and the result appears to be very professional.
