The cover is all there is. All of the aluminum in the channel is one piece.
Yes. In your search engine, type hung in connectors. The kit costs around $13.
As the LEDs light up, you'll still be able to see them. It does help to diffuse their light.
You can, and it was all anyone could do before the extension connectors were available. The channel ends are easier to align using the extension connectors, but it can still be done if the channel mounts are well aligned, and it was all anyone could do before the extension connectors were available. To locate the mount screw holes, I use a laser line generator, but it's also possible to do so with a chalk line, or by using the extrusion as a straight line and three clips to hold three screws to it spaced (almost) 0. Start touching the section to the surface at a distance of 5m. We're about 25 meters away from the finish line. Three dimples are left by the sharp screw tips. Continue along the line until two screws fit into existing dimples and a third dimple is formed, then repeat to mark screw locations in a straight line. Any remaining minor misalignment can be eliminated by not over-tightening the screws. tightening the screws and aligning the back side of the channels with tape so that the clips slide sideways just enough as the channels are clipped into place You can also slightly bend both prongs of a mount to hold the channel in a different position. Getting a precise end alignment for visible channels is more work than it's worth for the $10.

It's all in the title. I bought these hoping that the dots of my LED strip wouldn't be visible (no matter how dim I made them), but they do. I'm going to try painting the "milky cover" white in the hopes that it will diffuse the light better. If not, all of the time and effort I've put into this project will be for naught, and I'll have to start over. We'll see if I can do my channels under a different brand. br>br>In addition, if you want to mount them on their sides, there is no way to do so. To mount them, I needed to purchase command strips. I wish there were side clips included. There are no instructions, either. br>br> Everything had to be watched on YouTube.
I've now bought 120 feet of the channel. Although I did not use the included mounting brackets, instead drilling three holes (2 feet apart) and recessing them into the drywall (see photos) for a flush installation. A visually appealing addition to the Bay- My house's view from the windows.
It's much better to have cool solid lights. I'm using a Philips hue strip (the new one), and I'll be needing more in the future. Buy it - Compared to Lowes, this is a much better deal.
Good value for money for such a high-quality item: 10 for the price of 6! Strongly suggested.
Excellent product for the price; a similar product from the electrical outlets would cost three times as much.
Using a grinder, it's simple to cut. br>Easy to put up and flexible enough to cover up any flaws in the wall.
Over half of the strips were bent out of shape when I received the box. If bent, they are useless.
