Search for Muzata LN1 if you need led channel with spotless neon fluorescent effects. The LED light will be properly diffused when the channels of aluminum are deeper and the diffusers thicker. There is no way for me to slide in the plastic cover. When pushed in hard enough, it will go in about 3 inches and then stop. Is there anything you can suggest?

Make sure you press the cover into the channel and not slide it

Plastic diffuser and aluminum channel are suitable for cutting with a solid miter saw, a circular saw, an oscillating/vibrating saw, an abrasive cutoff saw, a metal cutting saw, or most other saws.
