Questions & Answers
Grasp one straight aluminum channel and slide it into each arm of the "shinier" steel right angle "holder," so that one corner of each of the channels touches the other. You must pass the aluminum channel pieces through the four existing holes of the "holder." Using a pry bar, remove the 2 aluminum channel pieces & Put screw holes in them at the marked locations, then reinstall them The aluminum channel pieces are fitted back into the "holder" and welded. The screws provided by the kit help secure the whole assembly securely as a right-angle bracket This corner has an angled shape. Please take note of the following On the other side of the screws, they will protrude about 3/8"! Except if you insert the screws from inside the channel and like seeing them protrude (or even pass into whatever is behind the frame- If you want to terminate the process, you must do so. If you notice a protruding screw, you can grind it down. Rather than install the screws from the front (since it will be seen), I instead cut and drilled the holes from the back My first step was to grind down the screws from inside the channel before I installed the LED light strips.
In response to your advice, the black one will be released

There are a number of these In their own right, brackets are very tight, but lack enough strength to hold the desired shape if not fastened with Since the screws were used, I had to cut the excess screw length and grind it down. It would have been nice if the kit had come with an extra set of screws that were just long enough to hold the bracket to the channel with just a 1/32nd or 1/16th of an inch of.
The channel in may be difficult at first, but once you get used to it, it's not difficult. The channel is securely held in place by its tight fit. An edge that is sharp. Don't forget to be.
It's a channel.
