An X Axis for a 3D Printer that is very light and strong is on the way. On one rod it was a bit undersized on one end and oversized on the other one, and the other rod was just extremely oversized almost all the way from end to end. Not the best for Motion Control, but perfect for what they are designed for (RC Models). There is nothing more unpleasant than sanding carbon fiber. It would be great if you wet sanded the tubes to keep from breathing in dust. I would like tighter tolerances too.

As part of the building of the carriage for a 3D printer, I purchased a set of these rods. It is unfortunate that one of the rods is on the large side. So if you plan to build a HyperCube please consider it.
My two carbon fiber tubes arrived on time, but there was some unevenness in their dimensions. I had expected more precision, but it is disappointing that they were not as exact. There is a measurement of 12 mm too small with the worst There is a 23 mm difference between the two. It was found that neither rod had an OD It is 95 mm in diameter. Though this is a small amount of error, it is hard to get a perfect result with imperfect parts when trying to make a proper 3D printer.
There were about nine tubes in one tube. I will be starting 9 to 9 tomorrow. This tube was 85

In the carbon from 01 to 10, there were a few defects. I'll see if that causes me any problems. The difference in stiffness between the extruded and axis tubes is night and day.
It will be easy to build a multicopter with these. Please do not use these in a printer as linear rails. As a result, there will be some variations in the rod diameters due to the paint used. The one that was measured was Each has a diameter of 5mm and a diameter of 10mm. Two different tubes were included as well. I received a 7-inch wide tube and a 15-inch wide tube. Despite both being matte, you can see that the weave on one is different from the weave on the other.
It has a great finish and is rather strong. I am looking forward to strengthening all 3 of my skills With these, you can print on a 3D printer.
Items were packaged well, and during transportation, they were not damaged, but they do not rate a 10 out of A whole millimeter. There needs to be very precise tolerances for these parts, and they are almost too close. It would be too small even if it were 2mm.
Both rods scored 85 on the test. The parts I use on my 3D printer have too much play with what I am doing.
