Does it have a waterproof coating? You're good enough to swim, don't you think?

I care about the fact that it is waterproof but the fact it doesn't stick to my skin is what I most appreciate.

The product performs well at treating exudate, but it is hard to afford

I find it to be very helpful in controlling exudate but is very expensive as a retired disabled person. I cannot afford to buy it regularly.
