This is the one I use for my fire department, and it connects to the oxygen supply. I've been using this mask for 5 years and working in the food service industry for 15 years, and I've never had an issue with the brands.
If you need to clean up after a rescue, use alcohol to do so. If the victim vomits, it is thrown away. Have two or more first-aid kits on hand.

Because I am a youth rowing coach, I purchased this product. Not only do I have concerns about basic health needs, but there have been instances where children have fallen into water by accident. I wanted to be ready for anything, so I kept this on the outside of my coaching backpack, which I carry with me everywhere. My only complaint is that the outer red case has recently started popping open at random times, spilling all of the contents inside; I don't bang my backpack against a wall, so I wish it had a more durable case. The case has not been tampered with in any way. The "locking" mechanism that keeps this case closed isn't strong enough for someone who carries it around with them almost every day. I keep it on the outside of my backpack for easy access and to make it visible to others in case I am not near my bag and need it retrieved. I simply wrapped the case in white electrical tape once, and it has remained closed since then. br>All in all, knowing that I have this gives me and my parents a little more peace of mind. One parent even complimented me on it and thanked me for carrying it with me wherever I go, so I prefer to keep it visible rather than storing it in the depths of my never-ending tote bag. Coach backpack is coming to an end.
This kit contains everything I'll need to perform CPR safely and effectively. The only thing missing is an oxygen connection, but if you've worked the streets and know how to "Magyar" something, all you have to do is shove a hose through the seal. However, none of us are carrying oxygen bottles, and when EMS arrives, they will have much better equipment ready to use. br>br>However, if you are familiar with CPR and believe that it will never happen in front of you or that you will simply dial 911, you are mistaken. Sorry, but that ambulance is 15 minutes away, and that person on the ground won't get enough oxygen to their head, so guess what, you're only calling 911 and not helping your aunt, who may or may not smell like cigarettes. Please obtain the mask. You'll become a hero, and your wings will be earned! Let us work together to make this a better place to live.
I keep this in my SCUBA bag at all times because I'm a certified rescue diver. The case protects the device from damage and keeps water out. I appreciate how useful and practical the kit is. I hope I never need to use it, but it appears to be functional in an emergency.
With the help of my diving instructor, I recently renewed my CPR certification. Even if you aren't diving, this is a must-have item. This mask will keep any physical mouth-to-mouth contact to a minimum if CPR is required. Ensure there is no mouth-to-mouth contact or possible contamination, and administer CPR as needed to assist someone.
Although I am aware that CPR guidelines have changed, I am a veteran EMT. It's great to have one of these on hand. I keep them stashed in various locations because you never know when you'll need one. This one has all of the major components that I require. A case, a mask, and a one-way valve are included. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.
I bought it because I'm a nurse who needs to be prepared at all times. In any case, I'll keep it in my car and use it if necessary.
I'm hoping I'll never need them. They appear to be quite attractive. I'm hoping I'll never need them!.
My husband is a CPR instructor who recently taught a class at a nearby church. We bought these to give to the church so that their members could use them. We also gave them information on how to get more masks or replace the ones they had.
