I did not find the assembly process to be difficult.
My guess is it would be around 250 pounds for a 65cm yoga ball, but I did google your question and it said that for a 65cm yoga ball the weight limit would be around 100 pounds. However, don't quote me too soon about it because I'm not 100% certain. Nevertheless, I hope it was helpful!
I used this product in my office and it was awful! It never stayed inflated and the description wasn't accurate. A product has been returned to me

Although it is a new product, I feel compelled to give a review since I have only used it for a few workouts. I think it is a great kit for the price and I will recommend it to my friends, but there are a few things I would improve. I'm not experienced with a pilates bar, but I can see some things wrong with this design coming from an engineer's perspective. The bar wobbles a bit when it is connected to the bars because they aren't completely snug. I think it is a necessary feature to be able to adjust the tension, but it can be cumbersome to do so on the fly because it takes a bit of time. It is also difficult to adjust both sides equally without I felt like I spent a decent amount of time turning the knobs when I was trying to carry out the workout on the app. It should be noted that I was concerned that the knob wouldn't hold the band very tightly, but I haven't run into any problems thus far. There are lots of exercises you can do with the ball, the bar, and the handles together. By using their app, watching videos on YouTube, and just running around, I was able to get an amazing full-body workout. During the workout, I focused on good form, and I found the workout to be fun. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and feel that this is a good kit for the price and is a good way to try out these types of workouts. If I choose to use this regularly, I may consider buying a replacement bar and/or replacement bands of different tensions.
That's pretty awesome. A product can truly amaze you with how good it is. Three different pieces of fitness equipment are combined in a perfect way. A yoga bar and handles allow you to add many different exercises and movements to the exercises you can do with a Swiss ball of high quality. Considering this price, it is hard to believe that you can get such a free mobile app with 30 days of workout plans. When you are unsure whether to buy this ball, I strongly recommend that you first download the app to make sure you know more about it.
It was fun inflating the ball, so I used it as the start of an exercise I ran each foot 50 times, and I ran each arm 50 times. Maintain firmness by repeating until it is maintained. Bar was easily assembled and put to use as soon as I got it. As there are so many options available for moves, I am having fun coming up with ways to use This is a 10 STAR rating!.
To begin with, I wasn't impressed with this ball. As of the date of this review, it is listed as 65", but it was actually The 60 was not a "firm" 60. " It remains soft and flexible even though it has been worn for so long. While I was using it to sit on it at my desk for improved posture, I noticed it bulged out from the weight I was placing on top of The heigh of I am 5'6" and the weight of I am 110 lbs. I'm not a big person, so I don't need to worry about that. Today I was using the exercise bar for the FIRST time and accidentally punctured/tore the side loop on the ball where the strap passes through when using it. Now it has a hole in it and is slowly losing air. The quality of the product is very low. Additionally, I have not found a way to make contact with I do not recommend this.
It's not quite perfect, but the pedal and the ball are like any other exercise ball except for the resistance band attachments, which aren't really effective on the ball itself and I had to blow them up in 5 minutes versus my entire life time. Although I recommend using the attachments separately, it seems to be unstable even then. I guess if you're a complete beginner and you're entering into weight training for the first time and have time to play with it, you'll benefit from it, but for everyone else I recommend sticking to weights and using the ball independently.

I'm convinced that the inventor of this small package looked around at existing pieces of home exercise equipment and asked, "How can I improve upon what's already there?" and then he did just that.
For people who are traveling, this is the perfect gym set. There was a problem with the caribeeners used to attach the ball to the ball because they are too small and required a lot of effort to remove. After having it for three days, I got it stuck on the handle of the ball and popped it. All the other sets are working well for me, and I will continue to use them.
