Questions & Answers

Does it come with the frame and ball as shown in the picture, and can I adjust the ball size to fit my 5"9 frame and long legs?

Yes, Brit65, the ball and frame are included. It is possible to replace the ball because it is detachable. Although the frame is not adjustable, a larger ball can be purchased to increase the height. I'm 5'7" and it's just a smidgeon too short for me. It's also not designed to be used as a seat. I had a coworker stomp on it, and I had to pry the ball free as it spun around in the circle.

I'm 5'10" tall. Will I be able to fit in this chair?

I'm 4'10" and I'm having a blast! Unlike other versions of this chair, the legs can be adjusted, so the size will be perfect for you. I prefer to be up high, so I set my chair on its highest leg-rest. setting. I hope this information is useful. My measuring tape is at work, so I can't use it.

Isokinetics offers a variety of chair styles, and I'm not sure which one to choose - Is it better to have a metal or a plastic frame?

Because of the ball, I had to return my chair. The metal frame was flimsy, and the ball failed to inflate to its proper size. The fully inflated ball eventually fell through the frame, and I had to fight for a refund. They forced me to send photos and accused me of failing to read the directions. It's not even close to being worth the money.

When the ball popped, I felt humiliated

In the midst of my work, my ball popped. day. Everyone laughed at me when I fell to the floor, which made me sad. Is it possible for you to get me a new one?.

This chair gets an unbiased review
5/5

Before writing a review for this chair, I wanted to give it some time. I had my doubts about it working for me. I've had back problems since I was a child and needed a chair:
1. That is exactly what I am looking for. I am not a particularly tall individual.
2. This is something that can be changed. On some days, a minor change can have a significant impact.
3. That's a mobile device. This is the chair I bring to work. I can carry it to and from my truck because it is light. br>br>After HOURS of research, I purchased this chair. It was the best money I've ever spent. It's recommended that you gradually increase your time in this chair by sitting in it a little at a time, but I couldn't do that because my shifts were 12 hours long. For me, it was successful. It started slowly, but over the course of the first week that I used this chair, my back pain steadily decreased. When I don't sit in it, I can really notice the difference. I can't sit in the "bariatric" chairs at work because I'm disabled. I find that if I sit in these chairs for more than 10 minutes, my back begins to hurt; however, I can now roll or carry my chair to any meeting and be ready to go. This chair was extremely comfortable for me.

YES! This chair receives a lot of compliments! I like it a lot
5/5

It is very well constructed. br>br> It is strong enough to support my weight (230 pounds). (I'm still working on it) and glides with ease. I went a long time without realizing the ball wasn't fully inflated, probably out of fear of it exploding if I pumped it any harder. If you're going to blow it up, make sure you read the instructions carefully. Without 100% capacity you must let it sit for the night - So don't buy it thinking you'll use it right away (this is true of any chair like this!). ) Don't skip that step! Then, once you've blown it up to its maximum size, keep in mind that you might want to blow it up even more in a month or so. The ball didn't even touch the group when I refilled it (despite my weight!). ) and the position of the back bolster on me was altered. The back bolster would hit me in the middle of the ball when it was less full. back, which was not only comfortable but also allowed for a lot of slouching, which was the primary reason I purchased it; to avoid slouching in the workplace The bolster now rests much lower on my shoulders, and I'm more aware of my posture and less prone to slouching. br>br>From an aesthetic standpoint, I believe this chair is the best option for use in a professional setting. Sure, I'm still the "oddball" boss who sits on a bouncy ball at work. But, of all the exercise ball chair options, it also has the most refined appearance. I got the black ball and a silvery-white ball. For the most unobtrusive appearance, go with black metal. br>br>Sitting in this chair made me sweat profusely in the pant area for a while. But after a while, I became accustomed to it and it no longer happened. Some people sell covers for this reason, but I found that the more comfortable I became with the chair, the less sweaty I became in response. Finally, I have ADHD, and this chair is a fun way for me to burn off some energy so that I can "sit still" for longer periods of time. I try to bounce discreetly or make sure no one is watching. However, it is both entertaining and beneficial.

It's great, but it takes a while to adjust
5/5

Customer feedback appears to be taken seriously by the company, and the product has been adjusted as a result. Other reviews have mentioned a weak back structure, but it appears that additional supports have been added to strengthen it. br>br>Inflate the ball to the proper size - All you have to do now is listen to the instructions and wait. My office had an electric balloon pump, which was great for quickly inflating this thing. I can't imagine how long it would take to use the included tiny air pump. So far, everything has gone well! My bones took some getting used to, and I have to remind myself not to cross my legs when I sit, but the lower back pain and sciatica I had from sitting in my old office chair are no longer an issue. When I'm lazy, I lean back and straddle the ball, and the back rest fits perfectly into my lower back. It's not the ideal way, but it hasn't caused me any pain and my hips don't feel crunched in any way. br>br>If I continue to enjoy it, I might buy one for my home as well!.

The fact that there is only ONE attachment point at the is a poor design
3/5

I've had this chair for about a year and it's finally given up the ghost: (Slowly (un-)support the back of the chair. Depending on how much you rely on it to support your back, it starts to bend backward. (I don't 'lean on' the back support; instead, I use it to push against my lower back. ) The bottom welding joints eventually fail and the piece snaps off. Because there is only ONE attachment point at the base of the chair, it is a poor design. It is simply a matter of science that this will break over time as the metals bend. I didn't even use the chair on a daily basis, maybe every other day at most. br>I was extremely disappointed. I've had a lot of fun with this chair, but it's finally given up the ghost after exactly a year. I gave it two stars because it was good during the time I used it. However, if you use this chair on a daily basis, don't waste your money because it won't last you more than six months. br>br>**UPDATE** I contacted Isokinetics, and they had arranged for a replacement to be sent out in less than 5 minutes. Very pleasant, and there were no issues with the warranty claim. I changed my rating to a 3 because, while the chair appears to have a manufacturing defect, it was quickly replaced.
