The small 2x2 electrodes that came with my iReliev unit were simply too small to be effective on my back and hips, so I purchased these. These are the perfect size, and I prefer them to the iReliev back belt I bought at the same time, which gapes away from my skin and causes unpleasant shocks (until the iReliev shuts off due to a safety circuit). br>These pads appear to stay sticky for a long time; I've used the first pair at least a dozen times and they're still going strong. br>I get the same level of relief with these larger electrodes as I did with TENS until I went to my chiropractor, but whenever I need it. I think you'll enjoy them as much as I did.

If I look after them, one set will last me a few weeks. I prefer the coverage of the 2 x 4 over the 2 x 2 or the round electrodes for my lower back because the cloth backing is stronger and more durable, and the electrodes provide the consistent stimulation I expect. I bought these to supplement the 2x2 pads that came with my Healthmate Forever YK15AB TENS unit. I bought these at the same time as my TENS unit, and I was worried they wouldn't fit, but they arrived on the same day, and I didn't even use the 2x2 pads that came with the unit, opting instead for these for my lower sciatica back pain, and they fit and worked flawlessly! According to the label, you can get 7 to 10 uses out of each pad if you take good care of it and put it back on the plastic backing it came on and reseal it in the bag each pair came in. They stick VERY well, as I had no issues with them lifting on the edges for the entire 80 minute session I used them for at a time, and they come with a guide that explains how to place them and what to do if you have any problems. I'll be purchasing these in the future!.

This is the second time I've written a review for this product. Maybe the first one didn't connect, but these electrodes are so good that it's worth my time to try again. The electrodes that came with my unit were fantastic, and they lasted a long time. 2"x2" Now, I have twice the area on my shoulder area, with even more power, and the jell is even stickier. These 2x4 electrodes are truly exceptional. Customers who complain about the electrodes' longevity, in my opinion, are not properly storing them after use.
