There are two large yoga/balance/exercise balls in my possession, one at home and one at work, as both have a pump attached to them. One thing I did not like about the included one was that it was rather large, and it squeaked when I moved it back and forth. I'm kind of glad it broke, to be honest. In my search for a replacement, I came across a lot of other options, but most of them appeared to be a "universal pump". This tool is designed to work primarily with a needle, but may also be used with yoga balls if a plastic attachment is added. It seems that neither of them was very good at either, which made them less durable. My search ended with finding this exercise ball pump that uses a plastic nib rather than a needle, since it is purpose built for exercise balls. There are threads that you need to thread on the nib, but as long as you are not constantly taking it off and replacing it, I don't think your threads will wear out over time. Also, this pump has a very smooth motion and is very quiet I found the new pump to be smoother than my old one, and it required me to exert less effort.
