Is the amscope mu503b high-speed camera equipped with a tripod?

A microscope is required to use this camera. It isn't capable of functioning as a microscope on its own.

Is it compatible with fluorescence and bright field?

It's a good camera. It's designed to 'work with' visible light, so as long as you can see what you want to capture, it'll work. Brightfield is what I use it for. My (limited) experience with fluorescence (in semiconductors) leads me to believe that it will work. Look for one with a reasonable resolution, but not the highest, and pay attention to the sensor specifications - The larger the pels' aperture, the more light will be collected - Resolution is a trade-off.

Is it possible to set up a timer for video capture?

Yes, using the camera and software that comes with it, you can record video.
