br>My son is a small-mouthed youngster. So putting the bands on was at best a challenge, and removing the band from the plastic tool, which is also sold, was even more difficult. There were numerous "snap backs," frustrations, and tears. br>Bought these and they were a breeze to use, especially with a head light to see the "hooks. " br>The key is to place the band on the tool's very top. Place the band on the bottom brace hook (not "down" on the hook, but "up" from the bottom lip - see illustration). Move to the top brace hook (going top lip, down) and then to the bottom brace hook (going bottom lip, up). br>Updated on January 19, 2020- I gave these five stars before they started to break last week. They don't fully open or release anymore. I guess I'll have to start looking for a new brand; you get what you pay for, right?.
Until I bought this gem, it was impossible for me to get those tiny rubber bands on my braces. It was well worth the money.
Good.
Lefties will love it. The only issue I have with it is that it makes my palms sore after a while of use.
As expected, the quality is excellent.
