You are likely to be disappointed if you expect this to be the same instrument used in an operating room. In any case, for the price, it's a good tool that's reasonably well made and of decent quality. The fishing device will be ideal for me while I'm fishing.

a clamp that is perfect for attaching to nose and ear hair. To tie a string to one of the available finer holes (they provide two), tie one end to a brick, and the other end to a string. You will be able to get a grip like Kung Fu on the nose hairs with the clamp. Drop the brick out of the window as you close your eyes. For the next couple of months, you should be fine.

Sutures can be practiced with it, but it's longer than what comes in a kit so it's better suited to hospital use.

I love the way the grip is crafted, and it makes using it easy. If you need to do it, this tool will help. Worth it at any price, you will not regret purchasing this tool. It looks excellent as well, like fine art. It locks, has a good tension, and can be used repeatedly. The only reason I would buy these items is that they work. Having a choice is no longer an option.
