They measure approximately 8 inches in length. As I type this, the 11/12 is still sticking out about 3/4 of an inch. The amount that goes in will be determined by the length of your penis. These were created with zero effort. They take tubing, roll the end in a little, weld over it, GRIND SMOOTH, and then polish it to a sad sheen. I was able to bleed with little effort at the end of the second one from the smallest, and I could feel a slight scratching the entire time going in, so I knew something was wrong and should have stopped. There appears to be no quality control. I got mine and went through it.
