I think it was at least two people on it at the same time. We estimated their combined weight to be about 300 pounds, and we felt very comfortable on it. It has a very solid feel to it.

I can't say enough good things about it. This table is wonderful. I cannot say enough positive things about it. In spite of being unable to get up from the floor, I use it for stretching and exercising. To me, it is just the right height. The program also comes in handy for other tasks. It's what I use to get dressed on since my bed is too high, so I slide off the edge when I roll over. It is also used for folding laundry, working on projects when I need to spread out a lot of things. The size of the poncho is perfect. It's big enough to be able to stretch, but not too large so that it takes up a lot of With the padding, it is very, very sturdy and comfortable to sit on. It has a nice color to it. It was silicone placemats that I bought to put under my pillow so that it would not slide off onto the floor while I sleep. Worked like a charm for me. I was surprised to find it delivered three weeks sooner than I had anticipated. After having waited 3 months for someone to assemble it for me because I am unable to lift heavy things, I had to wait 3 more months to have it assembled. I am pleased that I waited until the end. Putting it together was a quick and easy process for the installer. I should also point out that the item was packaged very well, so there was zero damage during shipping, even though the package was heavily damaged and had numerous holes in it. To protect it during shipping, plywood is wrapped in a plywood box, and then that is wrapped in a cardboard box with straps. There was no damage to it! Another thing I would like to add is the top-notch customer service. The package was missing one bolt, so the customer service representative sent me a whole box of replacement hardware right away (and with a good attitude, I might add). It only took one bolt to do the job 1) I believe they went above and beyond the call of duty. You can buy from this company with confidence.
