It was exactly what I needed. I just had a full tummy tuck 6 days ago and the doctor sent me home with a 1 inch piece of foam, which I think is way too thick. It makes the compression too tight and uncomfortable, not to mention that it makes me look pregnant, and I wouldn't feel comfortable wearing it in public unless it was under a very loose dress, so I figured I wouldn't wear it at all. However, I quickly discovered that it had been greatly reducing my pain, and I could get out of But when I tried getting out of bed without the foam to go pee in the middle of the night, OUCH! So, I know I need foam, but I need one that is much thinner; this is half the thickness and, in my opinion, perfect!.

I've had some scar tissue issues on my stomach, and wearing these under my compression garment has helped a lot! I also cut one into the shape of my chin and wrapped it in an ace bandage to keep my skin in place! It's just the right thickness for wearing under a compression garment without being too bulky!.
