It's worth it to spend the money on the original CAT from North American Rescue

Compared to the NAR version, it isn't terrible, but it is definitely more affordable. bought these by accident believing they were NAR, but they are actually I have also noticed that the plastic feels cheaper and that makes me suspicious. Although I have these as backups to the ones I have from North American Rescue, I currently hesitate using them as a first response device based on their build quality.

My trauma scissors had to be used when I received an EMS call. If you want to purchase it, I strongly recommend A piece of the velcro on my vest was torn off when I washed it along with the pouch that came with it, and the vest failed to stick together after it was washed. If the pouch was made out of a stronger material, I would definitely rate this product as a five-star item.
