I found these sticks to be wonderful for waxing, so I am ordering them a second time. In my professional capacity as an Esthetician, I had been searching for sticks that are strong like the medline ones I normally Additionally, these sticks are silky and smooth to the touch. When there are a lot of them laying next to one another, they glide easily. You will find a few broken sticks in the box, and some of those may be easy to break. As an esthetician for eight years, I know that that's normal within any box of sticks, no matter how big or small.
The other day, I was watching "Tested," a YouTube video by Adam Savage, and he suggested all shops should have tongue depressors on hand, so I bought a few This method of cutting thin sheets of wood is much safer than using a radial arm saw for thin pieces of wood. I use these for stirrers, shimmies, stock for small projects, spacers, spreaders, dams, etc. Then again, I've never depressed my tongue with them before, so I'm sure they'd also work for that purpose.
This is a very depressing story. We have a lot of wood pieces that are the same size.

They are the same ones I buy time and time Each box is wrapped in plastic, which is why I gave it 4 stars. There are no sterile tongue depressors in this set. Plastic is not something I like to see. You don't need to do that. You can save the earth by recycling. Putting plastic on everything needs to stop!.
I recommend them. The tongue depressors are smooth, flat, and uniform, making them a great choice. My plants in small pots are marked with these to identify them by name. I recommend it. The product was purchased at full price.
This is not the type of droid you need if you want smoothness. If you're using them for crafts, these would be acceptable, but don't expect them to be smooth after they're sanded, the wood will simply become more splintery.
Having a high consistency of quality with very, very little imperfect ones is what I appreciate most about these. Not for the faint of heart at all flimsy and irregular as many others I have purchased in the past.
