I'm not going to buy any more of these. Chipped. It had splintered. There are a few broken items. They appear to be medline's defective sticks (I assume because they say they're medline sticks, but I've purchased medline sticks before and they weren't made this cheaply). I work as an Esthetician and require these for body waxing. When I use them, I'll have to be extra cautious. They're a little flimsy, and there are a lot of splinters on them. When working with this material, you must wear gloves. I would strongly advise against using it for children's crafts. You don't want to be picking splinters out of them unless you really want to. Furthermore, the dust was too much for the children's eyes to handle. I'd return them, but I'm not going to go through the trouble. I AM NOT GOING TO BUY AGAIN! They also removed them from the "medline boxes" and placed them in baggies with a karlash label on them.
They work great and I've never had any problems with them; I've had them for over four years and will continue to use them. They have a high level of consistency and dependability. They don't splinter and only break once in a while. Because boxes are so strong, they occasionally spill, but this isn't a deal breaker given their high quality.
I would strongly suggest it.
As a wax technician, having high-quality tongue depressors is critical. Before I use my sticks on clients, I always run them through a quality check. So far, I've only had to throw away 20 sticks after going through three boxes. I highly recommend this book because it received a score of 20 out of 1500.
The product is excellent, but the packaging is not.
br> The stock quality is outstanding! None of the sticks were broken or damaged in any way! I will definitely buy from you again.
I am unable to use these as an Esthetician.
