On the back, there is nothing. An "E chart," with the letter "E" facing right, left, up, and down, is what you're looking for.

It wants to roll up on you, which is a fantastic chart

All sides must be pinned together. The chart is nice, but the only issue I had was that it came in a tight roll that wanted to curl badly on the wall. I took a few days off to try rolling the other way. I ended up hanging it and pinning the bottom down. To get it flat against the wall, I'll have to pin it in all four corners and the middle. Apart from that, everything is fine! That's a great graph.

This chart is precisely what I required for my Optician job. When patients pick up their new glasses, it's so convenient to have them check their vision. The font is large and bold. The chart would not uncurl, according to some reviews. When I got it, I rolled it the other way, put it back in the shipping tube, and kept it in my warm, summer car for a couple of days. I only had to use one push pin to hang it up because it uncurled perfectly. Excellent value for money!.

Printing with a high contrast and resolution

A reliable method for determining visual acuity. I used a cardboard eye chart in the office for many years, but this plasticized version has equivalent (or better) contrast, won't bend, and can be easily held in place with a single hook at the top and a couple of tacks at the bottom. The eye chart is a reliable way to determine rough visual acuity thanks to its high resolution print.

The quality is good, it's a super thick coated paper with an eyelet in the top center to hang it, even though it says the size in the description, it's a little smaller than I imagined, but all of the ones I looked at on Amazon were the same size. We bought it after watching a video that claimed that focusing on something like this every day improves eyesight, so we bought it, hung it up, and have been using it pretty much every day since. It turned out to be a wise investment!.
