China. However, both the price and the quality are satisfactory.
Individually wrapped, to be sure.
This is more information about the tongue depressors that I use. I've got two orders of depressors, each with two different boxes. The first box I received has "LOT NO RB07014" and DUKAL Corporation information on BOTH the box and the individual wrappers, but NO YELLOWISH FILM! The DUKAL corporation information is only on the box, not the individual wrappers, and the number "J02815" is stamped on both the wrappers and the bottom of the box on the second box that I recently received. There is also no YELLOWISH FILM inside the wrapper of the second box. I'd call the USA corporation at (631) 656-8000, which is listed on the box. Please call 3800 and inquire about the movie. Maybe I got my two boxes from two different companies selling tongue depressors on AMAZON, or maybe they're from two different years of production because the imprint and layout on the boxes are slightly different! I hope you find this information useful. I, too, would be suspicious of a "YELLOWISH FILM" hidden within the wrapper!

A box of 100 will set you back $60. Only one tongue depressor was given to me! Is this for real?.
I like the fact that these tongue depressors are individually wrapped in case we want to use them for their intended purpose.
To avoid contaminating the ointment, sterile depressors were used to dip into the jar, and the quality of the wood is very smooth and easy to apply over an open wound.
These aren't up to par with my expectations in terms of quality. They're extremely light and flimsy. I'm not sure they'll last and won't break. Part of the issue with arranging sight and scene is that it is difficult to do so.
I use them for drywall repair, believe it or not. When patching small holes, I've discovered that gluing one or two of these behind the wall with liquid nails works well as a back support to keep the cutout replacement piece of drywall from falling inside the wall. Much better than drilling a larger hole from stud to stud to nail the drywall down.
They were for a craft project, and they were very smooth and individually wrapped (which I didn't need). Writing on them with a marker, even a Sharpie, bled. You could paint or use a ballpoint pen or gel to write with. In a clinic, this is probably fine for tongues!.
In July, I received my first order, which was satisfactory-- The package was well-wrapped, sturdy, and unbroken. The SECOND ORDER OF THE SAME ITEM WAS EXTREMELY BAD - Some of them have a clear split in the middle - The edges of some are jagged. Is it possible that quality control was on vacation when these were made? It's possible that there won't be a third order.
They do a great job of keeping the tongue in place, especially when you're looking at someone's throat. br>We are hesitant to look into someone coughing and spewing sputum at this time these days, but these generally work well when trying to keep the tongue down.
