Currently, my sister is in a nursing home and is not able to eat or drink anything. Previously, she had been in a hospital where these same swabs were being used. It was wonderful to find them here on Amazon. I loved them and was very happy to find them. An enclosed packet of mouthwash can be found here. All you need to do is squeeze the container and pop it open, then open the pack to access the swabs. As my sister is prone to aspirating liquids, I squeeze out any excess mouthwash before swabbing her mouth with a paper towel. As well as the ridges working like a tooth brush, the swab has points that pinch closed. As she cannot eat or drink, she can benefit from a minty flavor and change the taste of her mouth. I gave these swabs 5 stars because I thought they were wonderful!.
My mother was cleaned out of her mouth with these wipes at the hospital after she had a stroke, so I bought them for her aid in order to clean I've used them and they.
