It is made of polyester, which is waterproof, strong, but easy to assemble.

It is easy to attach the top and bottom clasps for security as the device is able to accommodate most standard electric wheelchairs and armchairs.

Oxygen tanks of sizes D and E fit in this case.

You can machine wash this item, or you can hand wash it.

The simplest way to get things done! I like this product very much

I was able to install this easily, and it made it much easier to take my mother shopping. Oxygen is needed for her COPD, and it's difficult to transport the oxygen canister in a cart and push her wheelchair at the same time. I couldn't imagine how much better life would be without this product. Both of these are attached to her wheel chair, one behind her seat in the car and one behind her seat in the car.

Another strap should have gone from top to bottom, in my opinion. There is no strap on the hooks.
