There is only one good thing about this bag and that Once I received it, I saw it can't be closed at either end due to its two front pockets. The reflective strip does not appear to be there, and there is little room for 2 fingers on the Velcro flap that should cover the larger, main pocket It's not waterproof or water resistant at all, as this bag opens to 3 inches during each side. There is also the poor craftsmanship of the adjustable straps stitched to the back of the bag, which makes it easier for it to "hang" from (and fall off of) the wheelchair handles. Adjusting the straps so there would be no more "pull" on one side than the other was part of the process. It has been a week since I bought the bag, yet within a week the stitching on one of the straps had come out, and as if that wasn't bad enough, the stitching ripped through the bag as well.

88 days of very regular use and the left strap has unraveled making the Vive wheelchair bag useless since it can't be adjusted! Since I replaced the Vive Bag, I now have a backpack that is capable of carrying my gear and not so flimsy! If this could go back to the factory and see what may have caused this one strap to unravel, I would really appreciate it. When the strap began unraveling earlier last week, I emailed them to ask for a response. But they have not responded. Since they don't care about I've lost them as a client, I'll be reading this review over and over and urging all of my followers to read it as well!.
